On the Pledge Sheet, please clearly print the Sponsor’s details.
A sponsor who pledges $25.00 or more will receive a tax receipt. To save on postage costs please clearly print their email address.
ALL FUNDS must be COLLECTED and SUBMITTED on the day of the Walkathon.
