Worshiping God is at the center of all we do here at St. Matthew’s. We gather weekly on Sundays at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The 8:00 a.m. service is a shorter said (no music) service with communion while the 10:00 a.m. is a sung (with music) service with communion, and the 5:00 p.m. takes the best of our Anglican liturgical tradition, to offer a more informal worship experience (no robes or processions) with a mix of contemporary Christian music and traditional hymns played by a local group of musicians. All are invited to join us for a hot meal after the service. The 10:00 a.m. service also includes a children’s talk at the start as well as Sunday School and Nursery. There is coffee, tea and refreshments following the 10:00 a.m. service each week and the first Sunday of the month after the 8:00 a.m. service. At different times throughout the year special services are also offered.
8:00 a.m. A quiet, said service (no music) with communion that lasts about 50 minutes.
10:00 a.m. A sung service (with music) about 70 minutes. Sunday school and nursery available.
NEW! @ 5:00 p.m. Contemporary communion service with current Christian music and traditional hymns played by local musicians. Dinner following the service for those who can stay.
